The PUK 6.1 offers a faster spot weld sequence, allowing up to 3.5 welds per second, with continuously adjustable speed. Additionally, it features a new PIN mode, simplifying the welding of ear studs and pins. Through computer-aided simulations and extensive welding tests, the precision, homogeneity, and appearance of precious metal weld spots have been noticeably improved compared to the PUK 6. This new machine is now capable of welding materials with a thickness of less than 0.2 mm.
